(1) The Council shall have a separate fund of its own (2) The fund as per sub-section (1) shall contain the following amounts:-
(a) Amount received from Government of Nepal,
(b) amount towards fees for sports related training provided by the Council,
(c) Amount of support received from any person or association, organization,
(d) Assistance received from foreign governments, international organizations, organizations or individuals,
(e) Amount received for registration and renewal of National Sports Association and Olympic Committee.
(3) Before receiving the amount as per clause (d) of sub-section (2), the council shall take the approval of the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Finance.
(4) All expenses incurred on behalf of the council shall be met from the fund under sub-section (1).
(5) The entire amount remaining in the funds of the Council shall be deposited in a bank account wholly or partially owned by the Government of Nepal.
(6) The account of the Council's fund shall be operated under the joint signature of the member-secretary or the employee appointed by him and the chief employee of the Council.
